incorporated herein by reference,
hereby GRANTS to the City of Arroyo Grande,a municipal corporation("Grantee"), the following
described interest in Grantor's property: a perpetual easement over that portion of the Grantor's property

Beginning at the most Southerly corner of the existing Pedestrian Access Easement, per detail A
of said parcel map, said point also being along the right of way of White Court;thence,
South 28°34'36" West, 11.00 feet,along the Northwesterly right of way of White Court;thence,
North 32°49'04" West, 5.77 feet, departing the right of way;thence,
North 28°34'36" East, 11.00 feet, parallel to-the Northwesterly right of way of White Court,to
the most westerly corner of said pedestrian easement;thence,
South 32°49'04" East, 5.77 feet, along the existing easement, to the point of beginning, and
