RESOLlITION NO. 1834
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING THIRTY (30) MINUTES
PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE (1350
GRAND AVENUE ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF THREE (3)
PARKING SPACES.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a thirty (30) minute
parking zone on a portion of ' Grand Avenue as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AS FOLLOWS:
That a thirty (30) minute parking zone be established
on the northerly frontage of Grand Avenue extending
from a point 610.70 feet east of the centerline of the
intersection of Courtland Street and Grand Avenue east-
erly to a point on the northerly right of way line,
688.0 feet easterly of the centerline of the intersection
of Courtland Street and Grand Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings
to indicate said thirty (30) minute parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher , seconded by Council Member Moots ,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of March 1985.
