NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2016, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission will conduct a
public hearing at 6:00 P.M. in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS at 215 E. BRANCH STREET
to consider the following:
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 15-003 AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 15-003;
SUBDIVISION OF ONE (1) LOT INTO TWO (2) LOTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A
NEW SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION - 316 SHORT STREET;
APPLICANT - WADE KELLY; REPRESENTATIVE - MARK VASQUEZ, DESIGN

The Planning Commission will consider an application for the subdivision of an
approximately 10,850 square foot residential lot into two (2) lots for the architectural
modification of the existing dwelling and development of a new residential dwelling
located at 316 Short Street.
In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the project has been
determined to be Categorically Exempt per Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines
regarding infill development projects.
The Planning Commission may also discuss other hearings or business items before or
after the item listed above. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Comments may be either: (1) mailed or
delivered in person to the Community Development Department at 300 East Branch
Street, Arroyo Grande, CA or (2) provided in person at the Public Hearing.
Failure of any person to receive notice shall not constitute grounds for any court to
invalidate the action of the legislative body for which the notice was given.
