PC 11-01-16 TPM 15-001 and PUD 15-001 1177 Ash St.O� PRROyo _ '"'"°°9�CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE JULY ,9„ oPLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING '14 FORK\ "NOTE MEETING LOCATION CHANGE" On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2016, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. to be held at the ARROYO GRANDE WOMAN'S CLUB AND COMMUNITY" CENTER, at 211 VERNON STREET, ARROYO GRANDE: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 15-001 AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 15-001; SUBDIVISION OF A 9,440 SQUARE FOOT LOT INTO THREE (3) PARCELS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE MULTI -FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION — 1177 ASH STREET; APPLICANT AND REPRESENTATIVE — JEFF EMRICK. The Planning Commission will consider an application to subdivide a 9,440 square foot lot into four parcels. In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Department has determined that the above project is categorically exempt per Sections 15315 of the CEQA Guidelines. If the Planning Commission does not feel that this determination is appropriate, project approval will not be considered. The Planning Commission may also discuss other hearings or business items before or after the item listed above. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Comments may be either: (1) mailed or delivered in person to the Community Development Department at 300 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, CA or (2) provided in person at the Public Hearing. Failure of any person to receive notice shall not constitute grounds for any court to invalidate the action of the legislative body for which the notice was given.
