RESOLUTI ON NO. 1807
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES
PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE
(900 GRAND AVENUE) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF
ONE (1) PARKING SPACE.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a fifteen (15)
minute parking zone on a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described
below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a fifteen (15) minute parking zone be established on
the northerly frontage of Grand Avenue extending from a
point 40 feet south of the centerline of the intersection
of North Halcyon Road and Grand Avenue southerly to a
point on the northerly right of way line, 68 feet southerly
of the centerline of the intersection of North Halcyon Road
and Grand Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said fifteen (15) minute parking zone.
