RESOLUT I ON NO. 1800
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE
ON A PORTION OF SOUTH ELM STREET.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of South Elm Street, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" Zone be established on the easterly
frontage of South Elm Street between Grand Avenue and
Sunset Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said No Parking Zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Vandeveer,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 11th day of September 1984.
