S • Dedication of Trail Easement Murat and Nancy Akalin (the"Owners"),owners of the property at 1212 Flora Road (the"Property") do hereby grant to City, and City hereby accepts from Murat and Nancy Akalin,pedestrian and bicycle access easement(the"Trail Easement") fifteen (15) feet in width over,upon and across the Property,as said Trail Easement is more particularly described below and depicted on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
