You are handed herewith a Subordination Agreement executed by the undersigned beneficiary,relative to that certain
Deed of Trust,now of record,dated 2/17/2005,recorded 2/25/2005,in Book n/a,Page n/a,Instrument No.2005014637,
in favor of City of Arroyo Grande,a municipal.
You are authorized and instructed to record said Subordination Agreement through this escrow at the close,concurrently
with and immediately following the recordation of that certain Deed of Trust dated April 20,2007 in favor of Wells
Fargo Bank,N.A.in the original amount of$325,300.00,a copy of the aforementioned Deed of Trust and Promissory
Note secured thereby,along with a copy of the Preliminary Report dated as of 2/26/2007 and Lender's Instructions dated
April 20,2007 have been read,and approved and the contents therein accepted.
The Subordination Agreement handed you herewith may be used pursuant to these instructions without the collection of
any consideration and the undersigned makes no requirement for title insurance herewith. Further,the undersigned is to
be at no expense in connection with the subject escrow.
Said Subordination Agreement has been prepared by escrow holder at the request of the undersigned and the undersigned
further states that the form of said Subordination Agreement is acceptable.
Instruct the county recorder to mail the Subordination Agreement after recording to the undersigned at the address set
forth below.
