The purchase price of the home was$315,255.00. The property is ready to sell as of September 28,2008.
As agreed by the meeting that I had with you the Housing Authority office will assist in selling the home so
there won't be a need to get a realtor to put in on the MLS listing unless it is determine that the housing
authority was unable to find a buyer within 90 days of your res.once.totice. Then after the 90 days I will
