Re:Refinance of Second Mortgage Loan
Dear City Manager
Enclosed is a uniform residential loan application.
I want to apply for a second mortgage to pay off all my credit card debt.Please advise if I may do this,
providing the total principal amount of both mortgages will not exceed 95%of the present value of the
property, even after deducting$100,000,which was the difference between the fair market price and the
price I paid for the house.The amount I need to borrow is about$43,000.The house value is about
$600,000 and the amount that would be owed would be$338,000.00 including closing costs.
