C Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 RE: 1450 Jasmine Place, Arroyo Grande, California ("Property") Dear Ms. Schaefer, Enclosed please find an Unrestricted Sale Certification ("Certification") and a Full Reconveyance Deed ("Reconveyance") regarding the above referenced Property. The Certification will need to be executed by Todd R. Long and Sigrid M. Long ("Owners") and David V. Koon and Margaret M. Coon ("Market Purchaser"). Fidelity National Title Company ("Fidelity") is hereby authorized to record the Reconveyance upon the following: 1) Fidelity has provided the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") with a true and correct copy of the final fully executed purchase and sale agreement regarding the Property between Owner and Market Purchaser showing a purchase price of $352,000; 2) Fidelity has provided City with a true and correct copy of the Final Settlement Report regarding the purchase and sale of the Property between Owner and Market Purchaser showing a purchase price of$352,000; and 3) Fidelity has provided City with a fully executed original Certification.
