RESOLUTION NO. 1761
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING A USE PERMIT, CASE NO.
84-366, APPLIED FOR BY OAK PARK RESTAURANT
ASSOCIATES TO ALLOW A RESTAURANT ON WEST BRANCH
STREET IN THE HIGHWAY SERVICE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered
an application of Oak Park Restaurant Associates for construction of a
restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that, after due study, deliberation and
public hearing, the following circumstances exist:
1. Consistent with the General Plan.
2. Consistent with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Has been reviewed by the Staff Advisory Committee.
4. Will have no adverse effect on the surrounding area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a Public Hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Use Permit subject to Standard Conditions
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion by Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Gallagher, and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Hogan, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Millis
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 24th day of April 1984.
