RESOLUTION NO. 1725
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON A PORTION OF TRAFFIC WAY (220 TRAFFIC WAY,
AKA APN 7-482-09, AKA E.C. LOOMIS INSURANCE AGENCY)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Traffic Way, except Sundays, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southwesterly frontage of Traffic Way extending
from a point 430 feet northerly of the north
right of way line of Fair Oaks Avenue at the
intersection of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks Avenue
northerly to a point on the southwesterly right
of way line of Traffic Way 532 feet northerly
of said north right of way I ine of Fai r Oaks Avenue
at the intersection of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks
Avenue, Sundays excepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member

AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of November 1983.
