Pedestrian Access Easement
Legal Description
Easement 1
That portion of the lands described in Grant Deed to The Housing Authority of City of San Luis
Obispo recorded in Document No. 2014028060 of Official Records as recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, lying southerly of the line
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Dodson Way (40'wide) said point being North

deed to BRPR, LLC, in Document No. 2016019731 of Official Records in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California; thence,
Leaving said northerly line of Dodson Way North 26°19'24" West, a distance of 5.70 feet;
thence,
North 89°47'49" West, a distance of 30.26 feet; thence,
South 26°46'33" West, a distance of 5.70 feet, more or less, to said northerly line of Dodson
Way (40' wide).
The parcel described contains 167 square feet more or less and is shown graphically on Exhibit B
herein attached.

That portion of the lands described in Grant Deed to The Housing Authority of City of San Luis
Obispo recorded in Document No. 2014028060 of Official Records as recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, lying easterly of the line
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Halcyon Road (80'wide) said point being North
0°13'19" East a distance of 4.09 feet from the northeast corner of the land described in grant
deed to BRPR, LLC, in Document No. 2016019731 of Official Records in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo,State of California; thence,
Leaving said westerly line of Halcyon Road North 69°13'35" West a distance of 5.48 feet;
thence,
North 0°13'19" East a distance of 24.81 feet; thence,
South 89°46'41" East a distance of 4.30 feet; thence,
North 69°39'58" East a distance of 0.90 feet, more or less, said westerly line of Halcyon Road
(80' wide).
The parcel described contains 132 square feet more or less and is shown graphically on Exhibit B
herein attached.
