RESOLUTION NO. 1525 .
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES TO
PURCHASE SURPLUS PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
and it is hereby ordered that the officials and/or employees whose names,
titles and signatures are listed below shall be and are hereby authorized
as our representatives to acquire federal surplus property from the
California State Agency for Surplus Property under the Terms and Conditions
listed on Exhibit A attached and made a part hereof by reference.

SECTION 2: That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore named
as precinct board members Is hereby fixed at the sum of $40.00 for each
Inspector and $35,00 for each Judge and Clerk for said election. The rental
for each of the polling places, where a charge is made, shall be the sum of
$20.00 for saId electIon. When required, the compensation of the ,Custodian
of a building shall be $20.00 for said election.
SECTION 3: That the CIty Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original
Resolutions of said City; and shall make a mInute of passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City,
in the minutes of the meetIng at which the same is passed and adopted.
