NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 66499.34, 66499.35, and 66499.36 of the
Government Code of the State of California, that the real property described herein is in
compliance with the City of Arroyo Grande Municipal Code and the State Subdivision
Map Act.
This Certificate of Compliance is issued in accordance with Government Code section
66499.35 and shall be recorded in San Luis Obispo County. This certificate relates only
to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and City of
Arroyo Grande ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may

Being the easterly half of Lot 4 in Block 2 of the subdivision of property belonging to W. M.
Short, T. J. Mason and W. Whiteley, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the Map filed October 1, 1887 in Book A of maps at page 48,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, being more particularly described in
that certain deed filed for record January 16, 1899 in Book 32 of Deeds at Page 553, records of
said County.
The above-described parcel, containing 3389 square feet, more or less, is graphically shown on
Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
