GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
This Grant of Temporary Construction Easement is made by Edward R. Bianchi and
Joelle N. Bianchi ("Grantor"), to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation
("Grantee").
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real property located at 1041 Huasna Road in
Arroyo Grande, California (APN: 007-861-070; the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, Grantee seeks a temporary construction easement in order to complete a
portion of Grantee's 2021 Concrete Repairs Project; and _ _ _
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed to grant such easement.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Grantor Does Hereby Grant to Grantee:
A temporary, non-exclusive, construction easement and right-of-way to access and
construct the necessary improvements for the 2021 Concrete Repairs Project and all
activities related thereto, over, in, on, under, along and across the Property as depicted
and highlighted in red in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, for the benefit and use by Grantee.
Said Temporary Construction Easement shall commence on August 1, 2021, and shall
automatically terminate upon completion of the City's construction, or on December 31,
2021, whichever occurs first.
Except for slopes, upon completion of the construction of the City's project, the Temporary
Construction Easement area will be generally restored by the City to the condition that
existed before construction.
