HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes 2022-11-29 SP CITY OF oYO_GRi .. to, ACTION MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL November 29, 2022, 5:00 p.m. Hybrid City Council Chamber/Virtual Zoom Meeting 215 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande Council Members Present: Mayor Ray Russom, Council Member Barneich, Council Member Paulding, Council Member Storton Council Members Absent: Mayor Pro Tern George Staff Present: Deputy City Clerk Sarah Lansburgh, City Attorney Timothy Carmel, City Manager Whitney McDonald, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Bill Robeson Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Lansburgh took roll call. 3. FLAG SALUTE Mayor Ray Russom led the flag salute. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS Mayor Ray Russom invited public comment. No public comments were received. 5. CLOSED SESSION The City Council will recess to a closed session for the following: a) CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: Portions of APNs 007-192-026 and 007-199-038 1 Agency negotiators: Whitney McDonald and Bill Robeson Negotiating parties: Eric Von Berg and Gillian Von Berg, Trustees of the Eric and Gillian Von Berg Revocable Family Trust, u/d/t May 4, 2022 Under negotiation: Price and terms of lease b) PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: Title: City Attorney 6.
