Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with
Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M.
Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference.

Deputy City Clerk Lansburgh took roll call.
3. FLAG SALUTE
Mayor Ray Russom led the flag salute.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Ray Russom invited public comment. No comments were received.
5. CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will recess to a closed session for the following:
a) PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government Code Section „!
54957:

City Attorney Carmel announced that the City Council met in Closed Session to discuss the above item,
and stated that there was no reportable action.
