DETERMINATION OF COMPLIANCE
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NO.

The City of Arroyo Grande has determined that the herein described real property
complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California, the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande enacted pursuant
thereto, and other applicable laws and ordinances of the State of California and the City
of Arroyo Grande with respect to the subdivision of lands. The herein described real
property constitutes two (2) separate legal parcels in conformance with the Subdivision
Map Act.
This Certificate of Compliance is issued in accordance with Government Code section
66499.35 and shall be recorded in San Luis Obispo County. This certificate relates only
to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and City of
Arroyo Grande ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may
be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or
any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcels may require
issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
The legal descriptions of said property are contained in Exhibit "A" and plats
accompanying the legal descriptions are contained in Exhibit "B," each attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.

Lot 3 and a portion of Lot 15, both of Block 9 as shown on the Map of the Western Addition to
the Town of Arroyo Grande, California recorded on April 10, 1894 and filed in Book B of Maps
at Page 10 in the Office of said County Clerk of said County more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the point coincident with Lots 2 and 3 on the Northwest line of Cornwall Avenue as
shown on said map; thence leaving said line of Cornwall Avenue Northwesterly along the line
coincident with said Lots 2 and 3 and the prolongation thereof to its intersection with the line
coincident with Lots 15 and 16 as shown on said map; thence Northeasterly along said coincident
