ITEM NO. 1: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 20-009; ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERSONAL
SERVICE BUSINESS THE VILLAGE MIXED USE ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION –
522-A PAULDING CIRCLE; APPLICANT – LINDA RUBERTO, STAR BROWS
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to establish a
personal service business in a newly constructed commercial tenant space in the Village
Mixed Use zoning district.
ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 20-010; ESTABLISHMENT OF A
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE THE VILLAGE CORE DOWNTOWN ZONING DISTRICT;
LOCATION – 133 E BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – ROBIN BARNES, REMEMBER
WHEN STORYBOOK PHOTOGRAPHY
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to establish a
personal service business in an existing commercial tenant space in the Village Core
Downtown zoning district.
ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 20-013; ESTABLISHMENT OF A
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE IN THE VILLAGE MIXED USE ZONING DISTRICT;
LOCATION – 518 PAULDING CIRCLE; APPLICANT – JEFF DOBBS, COASTAL
BEHVIOR CONSULTING, INC.
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to establish a
professional office in a newly constructed commercial tenant space in the Village Mixed
Use zoning district.
ITEM NO. 4: ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW 20-007; CONSIDERATION OF
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW 20-007; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 3,053 SQUARE-
FOOT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AND A 3,550 SQUARE-FOOT SHOP;
LOCATION – 815 CASTILLO DEL MAR; APPLICANT – DWAYNE AND DEBBIE
PATTON; REPRESENTATIVE – CHRIS PARKER, C.P. PARKER ARCHITECT
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.130 of the Municipal code, the
Community Development Director approved the above reference project for the
construction of a new single family residence and attached shop.

THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 419 LE POINT STREET;
APPLICANT – ADRIA HARRISON
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to establish a
Homestay in an existing ADU in the Single Family zoning district.
