a Qublic hearing on the application of the Arroyo Gra.��e Plaru�ing Cc�nrmissi�n to amend t�
Nluricipal Code as provided by G7�apter 4, l�rticle 32 of sai,d Code to rezone all property shoym
on the attache-tl map from "R-1" Sin�le Far.lily Resident�l District to "R-1-D" Single Family
ResiCential District with a"-D" Desigri Development Overlay; and .

The maximum allowable height in the Single Family Residential (R-1) District shall

have been used as set out in Section 9-4.611, shall be as follows:
(a) F�ont Yard. Each lot in the "p�-1" Distriet shall have a front yard ext�nciing
(escept for access drives and w�Iks) across the full width of the subje�.t
