RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMM9SSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMET, CASE N0. 67-114
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Landmark
Missionary Baptist Church at 1212 Farrell Road meets the requirements of the
Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to construct a Sanctuary and Education Units at
1212 Farrell Road, in an R3-D Zone on the following described property:
A.portion of Lot 20, Pismo Beach Gardens, City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. That off-street parking as noted on the plan be improved in accord-
ance with off-street parking requirements as various units are
constructed. The plot plan indicates adequate off-street parking
and if due to zone ordinance change additional parking will be re-
quired, there is sufficient land available for this purpose.
2. Recommend that traffic circulation be required by providing both
an east and west drive onto Farrell Road.
3. Require dedication of Farrel Road right-of-way, 10 foot in width,
the entire property frontage for street purposes..
4, New structures be served by underground utilities.
5. Dreinage.of parcel to be approved by Director of Public Works.
6. Curb, gutter a.nd sidewalk on Farrell Road frontage to City .
specification and grades.
7. Connection to Gity water and sewer systems.
8. Require reapproval of Architectural plans prior to issuance of build-
ing permit,
for the following reasons:
l. This is a use which would be advantageous to the a�rea and would not
adversely effect any of the abutting property in neighborhood.

the following roll call vote, to-wit:
