RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONII+�fISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0.66-97
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by
Valley View Sev�nth Day Adventist School at.330 Vernon Ave, meets the
requirements of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No, 157 as amended,
to allow for a combination gymnasium and class room building on the
following described property:
A portion of Lot 30 of Steele's Resubdivision
of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal -
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. Plot plan and elevations be submitted for Architectural
Approval.
2e Provide a solution to the drainage problem for the new
construction site and resolve as near as possible the
drainage problem for the overall. parcel of property.
fcr the following reason:
The propoaed building would not adversely affect the abutting
properties and is necessary for the operation of the school.
On motion of Commiesioner Dexter, seconded by Commissioner Porter,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Dexter, Duvall, Porter, Schultz and Visser..
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissa.oner McMillen and Chairman Strother.
