A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TIME
EXTENSION 08-003 FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 06-001
AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 05-010; LOCATED
AT 1136 EAST GRAND AVENUE; APPLIED FOR BY
GERALD AND CHRISTINA SUGARMAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 06-1999 which approved
Tentative Tract Map 06-001 and Planned Unit Development 05-010 on May 2, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered a request for a one-year time
extension for Tentative Tract Map 06-001 and Planned Unit Development 05-010, applied
for by Gerald and Christina Sugarman; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study and deliberation, that there
have been no significant changes in the General Plan, Municipal Code or character of the
area within which the project is located that would cause the approved project to be
injurious to the public health, safety, or welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Arroyo Grande approves a one-year time extension for Tentative Tract Map 06-001 and
Planned Unit Development 05-010, with the above findings and subject to all original
conditions as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
On a motion by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Barneich, and by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Marshall, Barneich, Tait, and Vice Chair Keen
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chair Ray
The foregoing Resolution was adopted this 6 day of May, 2008.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
TIME EXTENSION 08-003
This approval authorizes a one (1) year time extension for Tentative Tract Map 06-001
and Planned Unit Development 05-010, which will now expire on May 2, 2009. The
project is eligible for a maximum of finro (2) more one (1) year time extensions, pursuant to
Section 66452.6 (g) of the Government Code.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The applicant shall ascertain and comply with all Federal, State, County and City
requirements as are applicable to this project.
2. The applicant shall comply with all conditions of approval for Tentative Tract Map
06-001 and Planned Unit Development 05-010.
3. All conditions of approval for the project shall be included in construction
drawings.
4. The applicant shall, as a condition of approval of this application, defend,
indemnify and hold harmless the City of Arroyo Grande, its present or former
agents, officers and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the
City, its past or present agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void,
or annul City's approval of this subdivision, which action is brought within the
time period provided for by law: This condition is subject to the provisions of
Government Code Section 66474.9, which are incorporated by reference herein
as though set forth in full.
