PC R 04-1937RESOLUTION NO. 04-1937 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TIME EXTENSION 04-008 FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 99- 002; LOCATED AT 1470 NEWPORT AVENUE; APPLIED FOR BY BRUCE SUMMERS WHEREAS, the applicant has filed Time Extension 04-008 to extend the expiration date of Tentative Parcel Map 99-002 for one-year to September 7, 2005; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered Time Extension 04-008 on October 5, 2004 in accordance with the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that a fourth (4 one-year time extension is allowed by Section 66463.5 of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study, and deliberation, that there have been no significant changes in the General Plan, Municipal Code or character of the area within which the project is located that would cause the approved project to be injurious to the public health, safety, or welfare; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves a one-year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map 99-002, filed by Bruce Summers, with the above finding and subject to the conditions as set forth in Exhibit "A". On motion of Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Brown, Arnold, Keen and Chair Guthrie NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Fowler the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 5 th day of October, 2004. ENT DIRECTOR � JAME; �IR � �1 I n �� RESOLUTION NO. 04-1937 OCTOBER 5, 2004 PAGE3of3 rFNFR�I CONI�ITI(�NS EXHIBIT "A" CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL TIME EXTENSION 04-008 This approval authorizes a one-year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map 99-002, which was originally approved by the Planning Commission on September 7, 1999, subdividing one (1) residential lot into two (2) residential lots located at 1470 Newport Avenue. 1 P� The applicant shall ascertain and comply with all Federal, State, County and City requirements as are applicable to this project. The applicant shall comply with all conditions of approval for Tentative Parcel Map 99-002. 3. Tentative Parcel Map 99-002 shall automatically expire on September 7, 2005. The applicant may apply for one (1) additional one-year time extension, pursuant to Section 66463.5 of the Subdivision Map Act. 4. For all building permits issued in the subject development, the applicant shall pay those development impact fees that are in effect at the time the permits are issued. � � � I u
