DEED OF FULL RE- CONVEYANCE AND RELEASE OF BUYER'S OCCUPANCY
AND RESALE AGREEMENT WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE
The City of Arroyo Grande, the Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated August 23, 2007,
made and executed by Daniel F. Dirkes, Trustor, to the City of Arroyo Grande as beneficiary
and recorded as Instrument No. 2007067411, on October 12, 2007, of Official Records in the
Office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California having received from
Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid, and said Deed of Trust and the
agreements, note or notes secured thereby having been surrendered to the Trustee for
cancellation, does hereby effectuate the following:
Full re- conveyance, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
thereto, all right, title and interest heretofore acquired and now held by said Trustee under
said Deed of Trust, in the real property commonly know as 579 Camino Mercado, #211,
Arroyo Grande, CA 93420, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 situated in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
The City of Arroyo Grande and Daniel F. Dirkes entered into that certain Buyer's
Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase on August 23, 2007 (the "Resale
Agreement ") and recorded such document as Instrument No. 2007067412, on October 12,
2007, of Official records in the Office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of
California. The City of Arroyo Grande having received verification that all terms and
conditions of the Resale Agreement have been adhered to does hereby effectuate the
following:
The release of any and all right and/or interest heretofore acquired and now held by
the City of Arroyo Grande in the Resale Agreement as it applies to the real property
commonly known as 579 Camino Mercado, #211, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420, and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
