DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE
The City of Arroyo Grande, the Trustee, under the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated
December 14, 2006, made and executed by Ardy Janku, Trustor, to the City of Arroyo Grande as beneficiary
and recorded as Instrument No. 2006089021, on December 19, 2006, of Official Records in the Office of the
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California having received from Beneficiary under said Deed
of Trust a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully
paid, and said Deed of Trust and the agreements, note or notes secured thereby having been surrendered to
the Trustee for cancellation, does hereby effectuate the following:
Full re- conveyance, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all right,
title and interest heretofore acquired and now held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust, in the real
property commonly know as 1454 Jasmine Place, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420, Arroyo Grande, CA
93420 situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
