The City of Arroyo Grande, having received verification that all terms and conditions of the Resale Agreement have been adhered to, does hereby effectuate the following: The release of any and all right and/or interest heretofore acquired and now held by the City of Arroyo Grande in the Resale Agreement as it applies to the real property commonly known as 1454 Jasmine Place, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
