RELEASE OF BUYER'S OCCUPANCY AND RESALE AGREEMENT WITH OPTION TO
PURCHASE
The City of Arroyo Grande and Ardy Janku entered into that certain Buyer's Occupancy and Resale
Agreement with Option to Purchase on December 14, 2006 (the "Resale Agreement ") and recorded such
document as Instrument No. 2006089022, on December 19, 2006, of Official records in the Office of the
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California. The City of Arroyo Grande, having received
verification that all terms and conditions of the Resale Agreement have been adhered to, does hereby
effectuate the following:
The release of any and all right and/or interest heretofore acquired and now held by the City of
Arroyo Grande in the Resale Agreement as it applies to the real property commonly known as 1454
Jasmine Place, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
