SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie,
Council Member Joe Costello, Council Member Caren Ray, Council Member Tim Brown, City
Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Tim Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8:
Property: APN: 007-192-023; Located at Le Point Street
Agency Negotiator: Timothy Carmel, City Attorney
Negotiating Party: Gutierrez Family Trust, John and Maureen Gutierrez,
