A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING THE 2025 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR
MEETING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Arroyo Grande Municipal Code Section 2.04.010 provides that the City
Council shall hold meetings as established by Resolution; and.
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution No 4434 establishes that the City Council shall hold
its regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of every calendar month, and
the Council may adopt further policy resolutions amending its regular meeting schedule;
and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that certain regular meetings of the City Council be
cancelled due to proximity to holidays and other factors; and
WHEREAS, the Council may still act to cancel additional regular meetings, or schedule
additional special meetings, at a future meeting if it deems it necessary or desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
hereby cancels its regular meetings of July 8, 2025; November 11, 2025; and December
23, 2025.
On a motion by Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member Secrest, and by
the following roll call vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Guthrie, Secrest, Loe, Maraviglia, and Mayor Ray Russom
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 10th day of December 2024.
