RECOMMENDATION:
Continue the public hearing to a date uncertain at the request of the appellant.
ANALYSIS OF ISSUES:
The appellant has enlisted legal counsel, has requested a continuance of the above-
referenced project to a date uncertain, and has agreed to waive the appeal timeline of 60
days for hearing under the Subdivision Map Act, to the extent applicable. The project will
be re-noticed for a future City Council meeting.
