Recommendation
1) Introduce by title only and waive further reading of an Ordinance amending Chapter 13.08 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code regarding regulations for the installation, maintenance,
and destruction of wells, and;
2) Find that the Ordinance is exempt from CEQA because it will not result in a direct, or reasonably foreseeable indirect, physical change in the environment.
