Need for the protection of our residents' health and safety, especially our youth.
This amendment will continue to prevent any sale of vape products or paraphernalia within the City limits.

Introduce an Ordinance amending Arroyo Grande Municipal Code Sections 8.36.020 and 8.36.050 relating to the sale of electronic tobacco products in Arroyo Grande.
