Adopt a Resolution denying Appeal Case No. 24-002 and denying with prejudice Tentative Parcel Map 23-001; and
Determine that the denial is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) because CEQA does not apply to projects which a public agency disapproves or rejects
(Pub. Resources Code §21080(b)(5); State CEQA Guidelines, §15270(a)), and the denial will not have or reasonably foreseeable indirect environmental impacts (State CEQA Guidelines, §15060,
subd. (c)(2)-(3)m 15378.
