I know bringing back the traffic light at Bridge and Branch wasn’t one of the options being discussed, but it felt like a good time to mention it. While it was there, it really seemed to slow traffic down through the Village and made things feel a lot safer for pedestrians. Since it’s been removed, I see illegal left turns coming off Bridge all the time—multiple times a day. It creates a pretty sketchy situation in an area that already has a lot of foot traffic. One idea could be closing Nevada at that intersection again and doing a three-way light. Nevada would still be accessible from the car corral or Mason, but it might help with overall safety and flow at Bridge and Branch. It just felt noticeably better and safer with the light there, and I’ve definitely missed it since the project wrapped up. Thanks for taking the time to consider.
