Staff finds that the proposed mural is consistent with the Selection Criteria

Findings

1) Adopt a Resolution approving Architectural Review 25-004 for a proposed mural at 227 East Branch Street; and
2) Find that the project is exempt from review under CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 for minor alterations to existing structures.
