ORDINANCE NO. 149 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING
EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY EASEMENTS PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 37351.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: In partial consideration for that certain real property easement
northerly of Tract 577 designated as Exhibit "A", attached hereto, the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande are hereby authorized to execute a
deed in favor of John Miller to that certain real property easement In Tract
No. 577 des i gnated as Exh I bit "B", attached hereto.
SECT! ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (IS) days after Its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon,
In the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierllng, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 8th day of March, 1977.

EXHIBIT "A"
An easement for water storage and appurtenances, access and utility purposes
with the right of ingress and egress, under, upon, over and across a portion
of Parcel 2, as per Parcel Map No. AG-72-276 filed in Book 9. Page 62 of
Parcel Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of said Parcel 2, distant
thereon North 41022'20" West 195.00 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 15,
Tract No. 577 recorded in Volume 9, Page 2 of Maps in the office of the
Recorder of said County; thence,
1st: North 41022'20" West 75.00 feet along said southweaterly line of
Parcel 2; thence,
2nd: North 63007'40" East 72.30 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and distant 70.00 feet, measured at right angles, from
said southesterly line of Parcel 2; thence,
