SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:15 p
City Manager Adams, and City Attorney Carmel
arrived at 6:18 p.m. following Public Comment
6:22 p.m. after Council began Closed Session.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
.m. Council Members Lubin and Runels,
were present. Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara
and Council Member Dickens arrived at
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(b) involving one (1) potential case.
b. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to
Government Code Section 54957:

3. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Lady announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m. to the regular City Council meeting of
October 9, 2001. _
