SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1999

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. Council Members Runels, Tolley, Dickens,
City Manager Hunt, and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor. Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss the
following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code
Section 54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Timothy J. Carmel, City Attorney
Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
3. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
There was no reportable action from the closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The eting was adjourned at 6:58 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting of October 12, 1999.
