AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING
FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORIES
TO THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California:
Section. 1. The hereinafter described parcel of real property
designated as nFAIR OAKS NO. ll,n being uninhabited Territory within
the provisions of Section 35303 of the Government Code of the State of
California, contiguous to the City of Arr~o Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, be and the same is herewith annexed to the
City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
Said property is described as follows, to-wit:
All that land contiguous to the City of Arroyo Grande, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, included within the IIxUrtor boundary
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Sierra Drive
at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 6, Tract #46, accor-
ding to the map thereof recorded in Book 5 of Maps at page
64, records of said County; thence South 320 12' west, along the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 172.50 feet to
the southwesterly corner of that property conveyed to Alton Lee,
et ux, by deed recorded in Volume 937 of Official Records at
page 558, records of said County; thence South 570 481 East
along the Southwesterly line of the property so conveyed and
the Southeasterly prolongation thereof, a distance of 317.50
feet to the Southeasterly corner of the property conveyed to

Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in effect thirty (30) days
after its passage and within fifteen (15) days thereafter shall be
published once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, a newspaper
printed, published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, to-
gether with the names of the Councilman voting for and against the
same.
