SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 1999

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara, Council
Members Runels, Tolley, Dickens, City Manager Hunt, and City Attorney.Carmel were
present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss
the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
(Government Code Section 54956.9(a))
Name of Case: Blanck v. City of Arroyo Grande, et al.; United States
District Court, Central District of California, Case
No. 95-5118 DDP (RZx)
3. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
There was no reportable action from the closed session.
4 ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 6:56 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting of
November 23, 1999.
