1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Members Runels, Dickens,
Lubin and Costello, City Manager Adams, and City Attorney CarmeJ were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
