SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, JULY 12, 2005
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 215 EAST BRANCH STREET
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Member Dickens, Council Member
Guthrie, Council Member Arnold, City Manager Adams, City Attorney Carmel, Chief of Police
TerBorch, and Human Resources Manager Sisko were present. Mayor Pro Tern Costello was
absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section
54957.6:
Agency Negotiators: Rick TerBorch and Karen Sisko
Represented Employees: Service Employees International Union (SEIU) — Local 620
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjour ed at 7:00 p.m.
