1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Council Member Jim Dickens, Council Member
Joe Costello, Council Member Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tern Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams,
and City Attorney Tim Carmel were present.
