SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2006 — 5:30 P.M.

1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Tony Ferrara called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Council Members Jim Dickens, Joe
Costello, Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tern Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney
Timothy Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
