FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a Municipal Corporation organized underthe
laws of the State of Califomia, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to
Arroyo View, LLC sewer easements over the real property located in the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described
as follows;
EASEMENT ONE
A Temporary Blanket Sewer Easement over Tract 2792, as described in document
recorded as Instrument No. 2008012927 in the Office of the County Recorderof said
County, and shown on map recorded in Book 31 of Maps, at Page 19 in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County as a concurrently recorded document.
EASEMENTTWO
A portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map AG-89-423 in the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on Map recorded in Book 47 of
Parcel Maps, at Page 54 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found nail and tag LS 4597 at the northeast cornerof said Parcel 2 as
shown on said map;
Thence, aiong the north line of said Parcel 2 S 89 34' 28" W 81.10 feet to the True
Point of Beginning of a 15-foot wide sewer easement lying 7.5 feet on each side of
the following described centerline; the side lines of said 15-foot easement to be
extended or shortened to begin and terminate at said north line of said Parcel 2,
Thence, leaving said north line of Parcel 2 S 53 23' 00 W 37.41 feet to an angle
point;
Thence, S 36 37" 00" E 121.78 feet to an angle point;

Thence, S 30 00' 00" W 94.21 feet to an angle point;
Thence, S 54 48' 09" W 251.36 to a point on the south line of said Parcel 2, said
point also being the north right-of-way line of Fair Oaks Avenue and the Point of
Terminus for said easement centerline, the sidelines of said 15-foot easement to be
extended or shortened to terminate at said south line of said Parcel 2;
Thence easterly along said noRh right-of-way line of Fair Oaks Avenue
to the southeast corner of parcel 2;
Thence northerly along the east line of said Parcel 2 to the Point of Beginning.

RESOLUTtON NO. 4326
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM OF
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS IN TRACT 2792 AND
REPLACING THE QUITCLAIM EASEMENT RECORDED AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 2010014529
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Quitclaim Deed for sanitary sewer easements
in Trad 2792 on January 26, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Quitclaim Deed was recorded on March 30. 2010 as Instrument No.
2010014529;and
WHEREAS, the legal description in the Quitclaim Deed recorded on March 30, 2010
was deemed by the San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder to lack sufficient detail;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
�. The City approves the quitclaim of certain sanitary sewer easements in Tract 2792
and authorizes the Mayor to execute the Quitclaim Deed.
2. The City approves the replacement of the Quitclaim Deed recorded as Instrume�t
No. 2010014529.
On motion of Council Member Brown, seconded by Council Member Costello, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brown, Costello, Guthrie, Ray, Ferrara (Mayor)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14"' day of December 2010.
