Lot 8 of Tract No. 10, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to Map thereof recorded November 23, 1931, in Book 5, Page 28 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lot 8 lying within the following described
property:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 7 of said Tract No. 10, on the southerly line of
Grand Avenue; thence North 86°45' West along the northerly line of said Lot 7 and the
southerly line of Grand Avenue, a distance of 28.91 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence southerly along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of 86°44'23", an arc distance of 30.28 feet;
thence South 0°00'37" East, along a line which is parallel to and 10 feet westerly of the
