A portion of Lot 106 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of
Arroyo Grande,County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map thereof recorded in
Book A, Page 65 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, and a portion of Lots 11,
13 and 15 of the Folsom Tract according to the map thereof recorded in Book B, Page 75 of Maps said
County and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of Tract 161 with the northerly
line of Grand Avenue as shown on the map of said Tract recorded in Book 6, Page 28 of
Maps of said County, also being the southwest corner of that certain tract of land
designated as Parcel 1 in Deed conveyed by the Security First National Bank of Los
Angeles to Leo Brisco, et. ux. by Deed recorded in Book 248, Page 285 of Official
