A po�tion of Lots 13 and 15 of the Folsom Tract in the City of Arroyo Grande according to the map
thereof recorded in Book B, Page 75 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Tract 161 with the northerly line
of Grand Avenue as shown on the map of said Tract recorded in Book 6, Page 28 of
Maps of said County, also being the southwest corner of that certain tract of land
designated as Parcel 1 in Deed conveyed by the Security First National Bank of Los
Angeles to Leo Brisco, et. ux. by Deed recorded in Book 248, Page 285 of Official
Records of said County;
Thence along the westerly line of said Parcel 1 and the easterly line of said Tract
161, N 4°48'18" E, 347.75 feet;
